Parakeet
Tiny-home size and price, with an estate-home feel.
The Parakeet is the perfect blend between a tiny-home size and price and an estate-home feel. It has the most bang for the buck you will find.
It suits a minimalist, eco-sensible lifestyle that still has an extra room for guests, kids, or grandkids to join you in paradise.
It is also a strong rental-revenue home, with a good mix of space for vacationers and nightly rate.
